At Threads of Life we are committed to long term sustainability.

We launched our 2 year Sustainable Repairs Warranty in 2023 because we believe that a) our products are made to last so should live well beyond this time and b) because it is better to repair something than buy another one.

Our 2 year policy starts when you purchase a Threads of Life case either from our website, Etsy shop or via our sustainable stockist, Prior Shop. If your case needs repairing within two years from this date then please get in touch with us via email and we will arrange to book your case in for a repair. The buyer will need to cover the return postage to us and then we will take it from there.
